Welcome to the Ezzro website. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between you, the visitor and Ezzro.com, for the purchase of products offered on Ezzro.com.

Ezzro reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. By using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Should you not agree to all of the Ezzro terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access our website or use any services.

We always try to provide complete, up-to-date and correct information on our website. Unfortunately, human and technical errors may occur in the form typographical mistakes or inaccuracies, some of which may relate to pricing, availability and/or details of the products. We reserve the right to correct any errors and inaccuracies, including after an order has been placed and to change information at any time without prior notice. Colours of our products displayed on the website may differ from the colours displayed by your computer’s monitor.

All of the products available on the Site www.Ezzro.com are subject to availability at the time of the order. Ezzro reserves the right to vary the quantity and/or the type of products that may be purchased on the website at any time. Should this occur, you will be informed that the product requested is not available.

All of the prices stated on the Ezzro website are in AED, the price stipulated does not include the delivery charges nor custom duties (where applicable). In the event that an error in the price of a product should occur, Ezzro will allow you the option to confirm the purchase of the product at the correct price, or to cancel the order.

The purchase agreement entered between Ezzro and the customer, shall be considered completed and duly entered by the Parties at the time in which the order is duly submitted by you - in accordance with the purchase procedure indicated on the website and once Ezzrohas received the authorization from the credit card issuer, that the payment is accepted. Or, after receiving the payment when using Paypal or bank transfer. The order submitted by you shall be binding for Ezzro only if the entire purchase procedure has been duly and correctly completed, without any error by the website. Ezzro is not responsible for any eventual errors caused by the technical malfunctioning of your internet connection service.

Ezzro reserves its right to not confirm the order for any reason whatsoever, in particular: for any problem of products procurement or any problem concerning the received order. The online order form will be stored in the website database for the time necessary for the fulfilment of the order by which time Ezzro will send you an e-mail confirming the receipt of the order placed. You, the customer, shall verify the content of the e-mail and will notify Ezzro of any error or other mistake immediately.

Should you decide to modify or cancel the submitted order, you will promptly contact our customer service at hello@Ezzro.com or via the number. Once the product has been sent, the order may no longer be cancelled. In this case please refer to our Exchanges & Returns policy.

Ezzro does not expressly provide a warranty for the products it sells. However, if a product is not functioning within 4 weeks of the original purchase date, we will endeavour to replace it, repair it, or provide replacement part/s, provided that the fault is communicated to our team by email within this period. To qualify for a warranty claim, the product must be returned in its original packaging, including protective materials and original box/es. If a fault is reported within the 4 week timeframe, our quality team will assess the case and determine the most appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a full replacement, repair, or the supply of replacement parts. Minor defects or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the functionality or safety of the product/s are not considered faults that qualify for a full replacement; in such cases, we will provide a suitable alternative such as a repair, replacement part/s, or store credit.

All warranty claims must be supported with photo or video evidence for assessment. The warranty does not cover issues caused by modifications, improper usage, incorrect assembly, or failure to follow care and maintenance instructions found on this site.

By visiting www.ezzro.com, you agree that the laws of the United Arab Emirates will govern any dispute of any sort that might arise between you the customer and us the seller, regarding your use of our website.
